Associate Learning Partnership

● A minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of work experience
● Strong interpersonal skills combined with a penchant to build strong rapport with
schools
● Ability to effectively communicate and inspire teachers to go the extra mile in
increasing the quality of education in their classrooms
● Ability to proactively clarify / question to infer the unsaid and identify the root-cause of
challenges so as to provide effective solutions in quick time
● Willingness to travel extensively, around 12-16 working days in a month
