- use services we provide on the website/mobile application or Partner Platform operated on our behalf;

- provide us with Personal Data via: social media platforms/networks or telephone enquiries, application for or use of our website/mobile application or Partner Platform operated on our behalf;

We or our Partners may take photographs and/or video recordings of users in live classes and make recordings of virtual classes or other school events for authorized purposes detailed in Use of Information section above. By participation in these events and acceptance of this Privacy Policy users agree to publication of these images and/or videos and sound recordings on website/mobile application for delivery of our products and services. We do not permit unauthorised photography, sound and/or video recording for any other commercial use, private gain, use in press or media, or for promotional purposes in live classes or recording of virtual classes or other school events.

9.1. We will retain your data for a minimum of 7 years or for as long as needed for the purpose of collection outlined in this Privacy Policy.

9.2. Even if We delete Your Information, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

The laws of India shall govern this Privacy Policy, regardless of Your location. You hereby expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue located in Chennai, India, for all matters or disputes arising out of or relating to Your access or use of the website/mobile application.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE TERMS OF USE OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE/MOBILE APPLICATION MUST BE BROUGHT BY YOU WITHIN ONE (1) MONTH OF THE DATE SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION FIRST AROSE, OR SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS FOREVER WAIVED BY YOU.
